DTU BioBuilders are once again participating in the iGEM competition, working throughout the summer to create a promoter toolbox
This year, the DTU BioBuilders are working to create a constitutive promoter library for filamentous fungi and other eukaryotic organisms that provide promoters of different strengths that give reproducible results between batches and scales.
The DTU BioBuilders are actively trying to reach out, and spread awareness of synthetic biology.
The team has attended or hosted the following events so far in 2019:
- BioBrick Tutorial (hosted the event)
- Nordic iGEM Conference
- Science EXPO
- Meetup i Haag - iGEM meetup for teams and supervisors
